How does the rain skirt work?
The rain skirt is simply tied around the waist like an apron and closed at the back with Velcro. This way, you're protected from rain in an instant, without having to awkwardly put on a rain jacket or unsightly rain pants. Practical, right? And btw, the skirt is also great for hiking or when you need to quickly take the dog out.
